The Problem

Across the underserved villages of Sindh — in Badin, Tharparkar, Sujawal and Mithi — thousands of families still walk long distances every day just to fetch water. Worse, the water they find is often unsafe, contaminated, and a daily health risk for children and the elderly.

What We Do

SACH installs hand pumps directly in villages that have no reliable source of clean water. Every pump we install includes:
- A durable, long-lasting hand pump structure- A numbered plaque recording the date, village name and donor- Community training on basic upkeep, so the pump serves the village for years

Our Impact So Far

With the support of donors like you, SACH has installed over 2,100 hand pumps across underserved communities in Sindh — each one a permanent, visible mark of change in the village it serves.

Why It Matters

- Health: Clean water prevents waterborne diseases that disproportionately affect children- Time: Families — often women and children — save hours each day previously spent walking for water- Dignity: A working hand pump means a village no longer has to depend on unsafe or distant sources

How Your Donation Helps

Every contribution funds the drilling, piping, pump hardware, and installation labor needed to bring one more village clean water — permanently.
Your name will be placed on the plaque of the pump you help fund, standing as a lasting record of your generosity in that community.
