Our Work
Three programmes, running across rural Sindh.
Water, healthcare and food. In these villages the three are the same problem seen from different angles, so we plan and deliver them together. We work across Tharparkar, Sujawal, Mithi, Badin and other remote rural areas of Sindh, Pakistan.
Free Medical Camps
A qualified doctor, a dispenser and a full stock of medicines brought into the village itself, so that treatment costs the patient nothing at all.

Why these three programmes belong together
A large proportion of what our doctors treat at the medical camps originates in a poor water source: stomach illness, skin infection, and the anaemia and exhaustion that follow. Most of the families who receive ration are short of food because the earning member has fallen ill, or because the last flood destroyed the crop. Improve the water supply and the queue at the clinic shortens. Provide ration at the right moment and the family stops selling the little it owns. That is why we do not run these as three unrelated charities.
